 Softsynths are software templates of their hardware parents . Playing with many softsynths, you soon find out, that what works in an analog world does not necessarily work on a computer screen. At Hartmann, we spent a lot of effort on exactly these issues. The Neuron VS graphical user interface is ergonomically optimized for the interaction of your eye and your hand when driving synthesizer software. Besides the logical visualization of the synthesizers signal path, we integrated a novel instrument for setting and indicating a parameter:  The Scroller. The integrated display indicates the actual numeric setting of a parameter and can, as well be used, to type in a setting that you want. The scrollbar on the left allows for a quick visual indication of the parameter setting. |
